As an Associate Clinical Professor at Duke University School of Nursing, she teaches healthcare quality improvement methods in the DNP Program. She is also the Clinical Research Unit Director, and the Director of Academic Assessment and Evaluation.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eIn January 2023, Dr. Reynolds was appointed the Editor-in-Chief of
