    • Describe the sonographic appearance of the thyroid gland, parathyroid gland, and adjacent lymph nodes.
    • Recognize sonographic features of normal and abnormal thyroid tissue.
    • Demonstrate a complete ultrasound of the thyroid and the anterior neck.
