    The CAPhO Conference 2023 took place from April 13–16, 2023 at the Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto, Ontario. It was the first in-person conference hosted by the Canadian Association of Pharmacy in Oncology (CAPhO) since the COVID-19 pandemic. The theme was “Innovation and Collaboration: Looking Forward”, emphasizing progress and partnership in oncology pharmacy.

    The event featured a hybrid format, combining in-person and virtual elements. The program itself was accredited by the Canadian Council on Continuing Education in Pharmacy (CCCEP)

    The CAPhO Conference 2023 was designed for professionals involved in oncology pharmacy. This included:
    • Pharmacists working in oncology or hematology settings
    • Pharmacy technicians supporting cancer care
    • Researchers and educators in oncology pharmacy
    • Healthcare professionals with an interest in cancer treatment and medication management
    • Industry representatives involved in oncology therapeutics and technologies
