    The Society of Critical Care Medicine (SCCM) was awarded the Council of Medical Specialty Societies (CMSS) to fund a diagnostic excellence program focusing on using education and technology for accurate and rapid-cycle sepsis diagnosis. This program will develop online education with subject matter experts that will:

    Engaging Healthcare Leaders in Sepsis Prevention

    Explore strategies that can influence healthcare leaders about sepsis prevention.  During this webcast, experts:

    • Describe how morbidity from sepsis impacts an institution's financial health
    • List ways to engage hospital leaders in the continuum of infection to sepsis
    • Review new technologies to facilitate sepsis identification and data collection
