Nationwide Children 9th Annual Pediatric Update for Advanced Practice Providers 2024

The 9th Annual Pediatric Update for APPs is the annual continuing education conference hosted by the NCH APP Council. There will be a variety of topics covered throughout the day including antimicrobial stewardship, Ethics Committee at NCH, update on novel medications at NCH, drug overdoses and treatments, IEP/405 & School Forms, Clinical Pathways at NCH, Respiratory Therapy review and treatments, and mental health and self-care for providers. There will also be a poster walk at the conference.

1. Recognize signs and symptoms of medical disorders and topics covered throughout the conference
2. Apply appropriate treatments including pharmacologic management of topics covered throughout the conference
3. Demonstrate understanding of roles and appropriate referrals for NCH Ethics Committee, Respiratory Therapy, and Wound Team
